DO
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Staying hydrated is essential for flushing toxins out of the body.
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help to support the body’s natural detoxification processes.
- Choose whole foods over processed foods. Whole foods are generally healthier and provide more nutrients than processed foods.

Day 22-24
